This book constitutes the proceedings of the 18th International Conference on Cooperative Design, Visualization, and Engineering, CDVE 2021, held in October 2021. Due to COVId-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. The 25 full papers and 9 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 69 submissions.
